Nexus 6P Announced – What You Need To Know

Huawei Nexus 6PYesterday marked the official announcement of the Nexus 6P and its little brother the Nexus 5X.  Both devices come with impressive specs and look awesome.  The Nexus 5X was built by LG while the Nexus 6P was built by Huawei.

The Nexus 6P comes with a 5.7 inch 144op display made from Corning Gorilla Glass 4.  It comes with a hexa-core 2.0GHz Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB of RAM.  It will come with 32GB, 64GB or 128GB of internal storage.

Google’s big selling point with the Nexus 6P is the camera.  It is a rather large and ugly camera but according to Google it is the best out there.  It is a 12.3 megapixel camera optimized for indoor and low-light images and can capture slow-motion video and 4K video as well as several other fancy features.  It also features a decent 8 megapixel front-facing camera.

The device also comes with the same USB-C that the Nexus 5X comes with.

The device looks awesome and  I would really like to get my hands on it.  If you are interested in getting it pre-orders started yesterday and the 32GB model is priced at $499USD.  Pre-order yours from the Google Store and you’ll get free shipping and a $50 Play Store credit.
